SO I had lots of ripe bananas to use and the first thing that came to my mind was to do banana bread! But banana bread does not always equal healthy and clean. So I searched the webs to find a good recipe that is not too bad and I found an healthy alternative packed with protein. I stole it from Eat Yourslef Skinny but adapted a little bit. I added a little bit of cacao to make it a bit more chocolaty and used plain greek yogurt instead. This banana bread is healthy and very close to clean. If I had coconut flour on hand I would’ve use that instead of whole wheat flour but eh, we do what we can with what we have! SO here it goesss
